Blue's Clues

On the Season 5 episode of Blue's Clues titled "Our Neighborhood Festival," Joe and Blue are excited to take part in a neighborly celebration with their friends.

This episode originally aired on June 23, 2003 -- four months after the passing for Fred Rogers. Just before the closing credits begin, a dedication is shown in rememberance of Fred Rogers: "In memory of Fred Rogers. The neighborhood won't be the same without you." Won't You Be My Neighbor plays in the background.
